Yonas is a Consultant and Attorney-at-Law with more than 15 years of legal experience in corporate and business law. As a senior member of Yared Siyum & Associates Law Office, he plays a key role in guiding clients through complex business transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. Yonas holds an LL.B. in Law with Great Distinction from Bahir Dar University and an LL.M. in Business Law from Addis Ababa University.

He is professionally licensed to practice law in Ethiopia and has served across diverse sectors, supporting government institutions, advising businesses, and engaging in private practice. His career also includes service as an in-house lawyer at Commercial Nominees PLC, a subsidiary of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, where he provided corporate advisory services and gained deep insight into financial and commercial transactions.
